The form collects your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the roof problem you picked and any note you add. A call gives us your number and a recording of the call. Our hosting keeps standard technical logs.

We use your details so a roofer can contact you about the job you asked about. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for help, and handing your details to a roofer is how you get it. Call recordings also rely on legitimate interests, so we can check what was said and handle complaints.

We record calls to 01226 664477, and a message tells you so before you are connected. We use recordings to check quality and settle disputes, and our phone provider stores them.

Google Analytics runs only if you pick “Accept analytics”. It counts visits, the pages viewed, taps on the phone number and which problem a sent form chose. It never gets your name, number, email or postcode. Accepting lets Google set the cookies _ga and _ga_DNTNT9JFGH, kept for up to two years. Pick “No thanks” and no analytics cookies are set. We keep your choice in your browser's storage, not in a cookie.

The roofer who takes your job receives your enquiry and is responsible for their own use of it. HighLevel holds our customer records, calls and texts. Cloudflare hosts this site. If you accept analytics, Google receives the visit data. Some of these providers keep data in the US, covered by the UK-US data bridge or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. We never sell your details, and you can email us for more on any of this.

Enquiries and call recordings are deleted after 24 months, unless we need them longer for a complaint or a legal claim.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to restrict how we use it. You also have the right to object to our use of it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time: use “Change analytics cookie choice” on this page, then pick “No thanks”.
